These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of IRONLOG Gym Tracker (“IRONLOG”, “the app”), operated by Anna Buziuk (“we”, “us”).

IRONLOG helps you log workouts, exercises, sets, cardio, measurements, records, and progress history. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
IRONLOG is a fitness tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.
Some features require an account so your workout history, preferences, and Premium access can be synced and restored. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure.
You may delete your account in the app. Deleting your account removes synced app data from our database, but Apple may retain purchase records according to Apple’s policies.
IRONLOG may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly and yearly Premium plans.
Premium may unlock features such as full workout history, unlimited calendar access, analytics, records, measurements, long-term progress tracking, and related Premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Prices may vary by country or region and are shown by Apple before purchase. Any free trial, if offered, is managed by Apple and may be available only to eligible users.
We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Premium access may be associated with the account used in the app. To protect purchases and prevent unauthorized transfers, Premium may not transfer automatically to a different account or email.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the app’s services, reverse engineer the app, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
